Perfect location near Times Square and great eateries. Rooms are small, and street noise can be an issue. Rooftop bar has amazing views of the skyline.

Location is perfect, close to attractions and public transport. Rooms are tiny and housekeeping could be inconsistent. The rooftop bar has amazing views and staff are very friendly. Made to feel welcome with complimentary cookies at check-in.

The room was cozy and clean, perfect for some quality time. The staff was friendly and helped us with dining recommendations.
It wasn't the most economical option, but it was worth it for the experience.

The room was super clean and comfy! I loved having USB ports right by the bed and a large smart TV for some chill time after exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the cookies on arrival were such a sweet touch!

The Doubletree By Hilton in Times Square South offers a prime location, allowing us to easily explore iconic NYC attractions and enjoy nearby dining options. The staff, particularly Marlon, were attentive and welcoming, enhancing our overall experience despite the small room size and some minor inconveniences.

The staff frequently check on you and are super friendly. I enjoyed the unexpected treats on arrival and the clean modern bathroom felt like a spa.
The street noise? Not so soothing.

Central location with easy access to everything, making it ideal for exploring. The room was quite small, a common NYC norm, yet comfortable for two, with a clean bathroom and great shower. The Empire State Building view was a nice perk, but the noise from the sirens was a bit much at times. Staff was friendly and attentive – they even returned my iPhone left at the rooftop bar. Slightly pricey breakfast and limited fitness equipment were downsides. While it had some quirks, the overall experience was enjoyable and convenient.

Just wanted to share my experience staying at the Doubletree. It was spacious and clean, which is always a big plus for me. The location near Penn Station was super convenient for my travels. Unfortunately, there were a few things that didn't sit well with me. the staff's attitude was a bit off. It felt like they were a bit rude and not very attentive. I had issues with my room key, which took way longer to sort out than it should have. Another downside was the smell of weed outside the hotel, which was quite bothersome. the noise outside our room was unbearable initially due to some blind issues. I must give credit where it's due, the people working there were amazing. Special shoutout to Idris at the front desk and the security team - they were super kind and helpful. On the other hand, the wheelchair accessible room wasn't very accessible, and the room itself had several things that needed fixing, from bathroom doors to toilet seats. One particular incident that bothered me was the unexpected housekeeping visits. It made me feel quite uncomfortable and unsafe. the stay had its ups and downs.

Great location, not too close to the chaos. The staff made this stay exceptional. Herendy did an outstanding job cleaning my room, folding clothes without a request. Mohammed at the lobby is one of the most courteous individuals I’ve encountered. The room felt compact but serene—a respite amid the hustle. The bathroom was modern and pristine, though the bedding had some stains that were promptly addressed upon my report. Minor issues arose, like housekeeping lapsing on bin emptying and missing teabags, but the rooftop bar offered stunning views to end the day. Friendly staff made us feel welcome, despite a few cleanliness shortcomings. A solid option, with room for improvement.

Everything you need is just a short walk away, with iconic spots like Penn Station and Madison Square Garden only around 5 blocks down; plus, Times Square is nearby, making it easy to dive into the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The hotel provides a comfortable and spacious room, complete with a huge flat-screen TV and high-quality bathroom products, plus a delicious breakfast buffet that’s excellent value. While the elevators can take some time during busy hours, the overall experience was fantastic, making our weekend exploration a breeze.

Went to the Empire State Building and the 9/11 Memorial, then took a tour of Yankee Stadium. The rooftop bar had sick views! Rooms were clean, quick check-in, and location was prime for exploring the city. Would def stay again on our next trip!
More happening nightclub or lounge for young party-goers would be epic.

The room was super clean and cozy, which made for a pleasant stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable—the best I've ever experienced in a hotel. I loved the USB-charging ports in the cupboard by the bed; it’s a thoughtful touch. the lighting was very poor, and despite requesting a lamp, there were none available. The bathroom door was difficult to open and lacked two towels, which felt insufficient for two adults. Noise from the nearby elevator was disruptive at times. Staff assistance was variable, with one friendly, while another seemed indifferent.

I asked for daily cleaning, but my room was only tidied up twice in five days. It felt neglected, and I constantly had to chase down the staff for help.

The opera and ballet were breathtaking, and the venue is simply stunning. A must, see for culture lovers! Plus, the Hop, on Hop, off bus tours were a hit with the kids, offering a convenient way to see NYC's top attractions.
My wife says that stroller, friendly amenities would enhance the family experience.

Riding the Staten Island Ferry offered stunning views. The New York Botanical Garden was a green oasis. Brooklyn's cultural scene was impressive. Radisson Hotel New York Fifth Avenue was central to all major attractions.
Enjoyed the aroma of marijuana every time I stepped out.

The rooftop terrace was great for drinks with a view, and the room had everything we needed. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and transportation options.
The reception area was chaotic, with homeless individuals lingering outside. Our room type request was ignored, and housekeeping did not replenish supplies daily.

Great location near Penn Station and many tourist attractions. Convenient for city exploration. Friendly and helpful staff made check-out and accommodation changes easy.
Room size was extremely small, barely fitting suitcases. Lack of privacy with bathroom door banging and bed proximity.

so clean and modern. super close to all the cool spots - no need for public transport. spoke to staff who recommended great local eateries. they helped a guest who is hearing impaired, and even called the airline about a lost bag.
Can recommend.

i loved the hotel and the view from our room. we booked an empire state building view and it was what we expected. the price we paid for the hotel itself and the location wasn't bad. the hotel was clean and the staff was nice. it was mainly walking distance to times square. the location was excellent, allowing us to walk to most tourist attractions without hassle.
Nothing to mention 🤗

Our family had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist us. The room was surprisingly quiet and had super comfortable beds. The modern bathroom was clean and had lots of natural light. We loved the convenient location, just a 5-minute walk to Madison Square Garden and Times Square. The hotel had great facilities, including a rooftop deck and a helpful front desk. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Room was a bit on the small side, but it's expected in NYC.
